Princeton Classic Homes was honored by the Greater Houston Builders Association on Saturday, October 1, 2016 with a PRISM Award for Best Product Design $400,000 to $500,000 for the 4573 Plan in Greatwood Lake.

The GHBA holds the PRISM Awards competition annually and selects the very best product, and sales and marketing work to be honored. Judges come in from all over the country to select the winners.

Princeton Classic Homes opened their 4573 Plan Model Home in Greatwood Lakes late last year. This two-story home has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a 3-car garage and includes 4573 square feet of living area. The kitchen is open to a great room and an outdoor living area. There is a private study at the front of the home. The master is on the main floor and is tucked away privately from the rest of the home.

In addition to this win, Princeton Classic Homes' sister company, Legend Homes, was also honored as a finalist for the company's Valiant plan in Valley Ranch.
