Honoring Our Award-Winning Team
The true measure of any company is its people, and from the office staff to the construction teams, the people of Legend Homes have a giving heart — and several of them are even award-winning.
Armando Avila is the latest to be honored for his work at Legend Homes, having been named Construction Superintendent of the Year in the prestigious 2020 Best PRISM Awards hosted by the Greater Houston Builder’s Association. Armando oversaw construction of many new homes in 2019 and is known for his work ethic and positive demeanor, as well as going out of his way to meet with our customers.
Armando wasn’t the only Legend Homes staffer to hear their name called during the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards. Jeffrey Hymanson and Amy Fisher — both favorites with their many, many buyers — were named finalists in the Sales Professional of the Year category. Javier Saenz was also a finalist for Skilled Trade Professional of the Year. Finally, long-time Legend Homes employee Shannon Gaskamp was a finalist for Marketing Professional of the Year.
Legend Homes was a finalist in several other categories in this year’s Houston’s Best PRISM Awards. Our community of Marcello Lakes was a runner-up for Developed Community of the Year for a volume builder. Plus, the Marcello Lakes photography-rich brochure also was a finalist for Sales Brochure of the Year — Volume Builder. And our Shannon floor plan was the lone finalist in the Product Design Under $200,000 finalist.
These honors are gratifying, but what makes us happiest at Legend Homes is seeing the smiles on the faces of the many people who we have helped find their way into a new home.
