National Winning Team

Four sixth-grade boys from Coulson Tough Elementary School in The Woodlands said they screamed a lot Wednesday night when they found out they were selected as the first-place national winning team in the Toshiba International and National Science Teachers Association ExploraVision competition. This competition is one of the world’s largest K-12 STEM competitions which challenges students to envision futuristic technology to solve real-world problems.

Easter Bunny Visit

The Easter bunny is coming! Meant for children ages 4 and up, the April 13 Easter egg scramble will allow participants to hunt for eggs around the Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, located at 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands. The Easter bunny is scheduled to make an appearance, so make sure to bring a camera. Noon-1 p.m., 2-3 p.m. $15 (resident), $20 (non-resident).
